Return Policy

Prior to providing you with store credit,

please review the following information:

 

  • We must receive item/s within 22 days after delivered to customer.
  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same exact condition as it was received by customer.
  • If item/s was received damaged, please email us at shophrb@gmail.com within 3 days after delivered.
  • We are not responsible for any damages that may happen in the shipping process.

    Upon Received
    • Our team will check the item/s prior to issuing a store credit.
    • If item/s does not meet the condition in which it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In that event, item/s will be send back to customer.
    • If item/s meets the return criteria, the customer will receive an email with code to redeem store credit. This store credit will be valid for 6 months’ time after date issued.
    • The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
     
    Non-Refundable Items
    • All items on sale are final.
    • All accessory items are final.
     
    Helena Rey rapidly changes and has limited quantities in inventory. Therefore, there might be occasions where a direct exchange might not be possible since item/s might no longer be in stock. However, because we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, we are going to do everything possible so that you are happy with your exchanged item.
